Stuart R. Foster graduated cum laude from Colorado Mesa University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Upon graduation, Mr. Foster earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law and attended the University of Denver College of Law as a visiting student.

During law school, Mr. Foster was the 2L Legal Assistant and Student Director of the University of Wyoming Civil Legal Services Clinic. Mr. Foster was also a Staff Editor for the University of Denver Water Law Review.

After receiving his law degree, Mr. Foster worked at the law firm of Seter & Vander Wall, P.C., in Denver, Colorado. At Seter & Vander Wall, Mr. Foster gained experience working in a wide variety of legal areas including, local governments, Title 32 special districts, and elections law and administration.

A native of Grand Junction, Mr. Foster joined the firm in June, 2020.
